Local Bounti

This tour will be an informative trip to the farm to show guests what goes into bringing hydroponic greens from “farm” to fork. Starting in the seeding room through product distribution, tour guides will offer an inside look as to how Local Bounti’s line of hydroponic lettuces are grown from seedlings to greens that are ready for consumption. Guests will also learn about the difference between growing in gutters vs. pools. Last but not least, Local Bounti guides will also explain the different processes put into place to reduce our impact on the environment while maximizing our sustainability efforts. Enjoy the tour!

• Please wear closed-toed, flat shoes (tennis shoes are great). Please no jewelry or bags at the farm – best to leave them at your hotel or on the bus.
• No photographs or videos will be allowed during the tour, the RII conference will be providing pictures after the conference.

Glass House

The tour will provide a behind the scenes look of cannabis cultivation from start to finish. We will share our best practices, sustainability initiatives, and give you a first-hand look at what Glass House is doing to reduce the environmental impact of our greenhouses. Guests will have the opportunity to visit the nursery and our packhouses, featuring plants in various stages of growth. The tour will wrap up with an inside look at our drying technique and finished product.  It will be an insightful visit that takes guest through the entire lifecycle of the plant.
