Chad Salute has 25+ years experience in the industry. He is currently the Director of Cultivation at Maven Genetics and Kush Alley, and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of all cultivation production areas. He ensures that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals are met. Chad's extensive experience includes utilizing multiple methods of cannabis cultivation, knowledge and training in production, and a deep understanding of operational aspects such as maintaining facility compliance, cleanliness, pest management, Fertigation and environmentals.
