Patrick joined ARCO/Murray in 2010 and has provided operational leadership since 2015, when he helped start ARCO's Dallas office. He has been integral in building teams within new niches, providing successful management and leadership for over 200 projects across ARCO's major verticals, including tenant improvements, heavy processing, entertainment, industrial, and controlled environments. In addition to his executive oversight, Patrick provides coaching and mentorship to high-performing project managers, focused on helping them grow into the next generation of ARCO leaders. Patrick also is a member of the CEA Leadership Committee for Resource Innovation Institute and is committed to advancing the industry.

Patrick leads ARCO/Murray's CEA team based in Chicago. The team specializes in building large-scale cultivation facilities across the US and Canada for many major cannabis Multi-State Operators (MSOs), and large food-agriculture/leafy greens growers. Patrick’s built a team of uniquely skilled engineers and project managers whose focus is building indoor controlled environments, vertical farms, and Venlo greenhouses using a design-build methodology. Currently, the team is building the largest cannabis cultivation facility in Illinois for 4Front, along with other notable, confidential CEA facilities. Patrick's robust team is highly skilled in preconstruction, site selection/qualification, due diligence, energy/utility planning, controls and commissioning, and warranty.
