Phil Johnson is the Business Support Manager for Grodan in North America. Responsible for a team of Crop Specialists, providing growing advice to users of Grodan substrates across north America in a wide range of crops.
Phil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture in which he specialized in greenhouse crop production. Following his degree, he worked as a grower of tomatoes in high tech greenhouses for one of the largest greenhouse vegetable producers in Europe at that time. Since 2003 he has worked for Grodan in several different areas of the world providing advice to growers in the UK, New Zealand, Australia Canada, US and Mexico.
